Trestle tables were commonly used during the Middle Ages, when
permanent tables were unusual. Made of 1-1/4" lumber and
constructed with cut nails and mortise & tenon joints, they are sturdy,
and light. Add a top of planks or a solid piece sized to your needs, and
you have a table for your whole family.
The trestles are unfinished. You can paint them in your favorite colors,
or add some other all-weather finish
Each trestle is 30" high, 30" front to back (26" support surface), 18" wide
at the base.
Trestles nest together when dismantled for easy packing.
